No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, M & R Dump Truck Services LLC does not offer refunds once a service has been scheduled, rendered, or completed. Our services involve labor, equipment, and materials allocated specifically for each client and job site, and therefore, all confirmed bookings are final.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the service date. Cancellations made with proper notice may be eligible for a partial credit toward future services, at our discretion.

Disputes or Concerns

Exceptions

In rare cases where M & R Dump Truck Services LLC cannot fulfill the service due to reasons on our end (e.g., weather delays, equipment failure, or personnel issues), we reserve the right to reschedule or offer an appropriate resolution.
